I love seeing students gain confidence, coordination, and skills, as well as becoming athletes and better human beings. I learn from all the students on a daily basis.  I’m passionate about Taekwondo, I love the challenge, I love the "Tae" (kicking) and  "Kwon" (punching), but the "Do", the Way, has taught me the most, the discipline and focus it takes to be successful.  I love teaching Taekwondo.

I love movie night with my family; I enjoy bike riding; training, and running marathons (Disney’s Goofy Challenge, Half marathon 13.1 miles Saturday and Full marathon 26.2 miles on Sunday).

Where others are content, we are hungry.
Where others are discouraged, we see opportunity.
Where others criticize, we participate.
Where others quit, we persist.
Where others have chosen small lives,
Our capacity for love, for happiness,
And for achievement is without limit.
